100 Days of Kindergarten

Every year, our Kindergarten students celebrate a very special milestone, 100 days of school

To mark the occasion, our youngest learners dress up and enjoy a day filled with fun, laughter and special activities.

From their very first day of school to their 100th, our Kindergarten students grow in confidence, build friendships, develop new skills and discover just how much they can achieve.

A wonderful tradition that celebrates how far our youngest learners have come in their first 100 days of school!

Celebrating Book Week

Book Week is always a highlight of our school calendar, bringing favourite stories and beloved book characters to life.

Each year, our students and staff embrace the opportunity to dress up as their favourite literary characters and participate in our colourful Book Week Parade, with families invited to come along and enjoy the celebrations.

From creative costumes to familiar storybook favourites, the parade is filled with imagination, excitement and plenty of smiles.

A wonderful celebration of reading, creativity and our shared love of books.

Celebrating NAIDOC Day together 🖤💛❤️

NAIDOC Day is a special occasion in our school calendar, bringing students, staff and families together to celebrate the history, cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our celebrations began with a traditional Smoking Ceremony, followed by families joining their children in classrooms to participate in NAIDOC Day craft activities.

The celebrations continued with a sausage sizzle lunch, providing a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together.

A memorable day of cultural learning, connection and community spirit.

Hatch n' Grow Program

Our students experienced the wonder of new life through our Hatch n' Grow Program, watching and waiting as ducklings hatched from their eggs before observing them grow and develop over two weeks.

This hands-on learning experience gave students the opportunity to explore life cycles, develop their understanding of the natural world and learn about the importance of caring for living things.

A special thank you to our wonderful P&C Association, whose generous funding makes this memorable experience possible for our students.

A Special Water Cleansing Ceremony

As part of our NAIDOC Day celebrations, our school community had the opportunity to experience a traditional Water Cleansing Ceremony.

This meaningful cultural experience provided an opportunity for students, staff and families to come together, learn about Aboriginal culture and deepen their understanding of the importance of water, Country and connection.

Through experiences such as these, we continue to celebrate and recognise the rich cultural heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, creating lasting memories and valuable learning opportunities for our students.

Bringing ideas to life with 3D printing

From imagination to creation

With three 3D printers now at our school, our students have exciting opportunities to explore the world of design, technology and innovation.

Through our STEM program, students can see how their ideas can be transformed into real objects, developing creativity, problem-solving skills and an understanding of emerging technologies.

A Traditional Smoking Ceremony

As part of our annual NAIDOC Day celebrations, our school community comes together to experience a traditional Aboriginal Smoking Ceremony.

This meaningful cultural experience provides students, staff and families with an opportunity to learn about Aboriginal traditions and the significance of Smoking Ceremonies, which are traditionally used for cleansing, welcoming and connection to Country.

Through shared experiences like these, we continue to build cultural understanding, respect and appreciation for the rich history and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Students recognised at NSW Space Discovery Conference

Four of our Stage 3 students proudly received the Peer Prize at the NSW Space Discovery Conference, marking an exciting achievement for our school.

This recognition celebrates their creativity, teamwork and innovative thinking, highlighting the opportunities our students have to explore STEM and showcase their learning beyond the classroom.

A proud moment in our school year and a wonderful achievement for our young learners.

Our students have plenty of room to enjoy their recess and lunch breaks, with playground equipment and activities that encourage creativity, teamwork and fun.

From giant noughts and crosses and oversized chess pieces to building blocks and so much more, there are plenty of opportunities for students to play, connect with friends and use their imaginations.

Whether they’re building, playing games or simply enjoying the outdoors, there’s something for everyone in our playground.

A Little Space to Call Their Own

Our cubby houses are another favourite spot for students to enjoy during recess and lunch.

Whether they’re playing make believe, creating their own little worlds or simply sitting and chatting with friends, these spaces encourage imagination, creativity and connection.

Sometimes the simplest spaces create the biggest adventures.
